Spiritual Direction is a process of accompanying a person on his/her spiritual journey.  It encourages a closer relationship with God in the midst of our busy lives.  It is a time to meet one-on-one in a confidential setting with a spiritual director who will listen and encourage you to recognize God’s presence.
